Unlock User Account
This article covers how an Administrator can unlock a member's account in case a member has accidentally locked themselves out.
After 5 failed attempts, a user's account will be locked for security purposes. In order to unlock it, follow the guide below.
1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Members' > 'Edit User':
