Setting up a dedicated accounting email on your domain
We've updated how we provision dedicated accounting addresses (for example, accounting@yourcompany.com). The mailbox now lives in your tenant, under your control, with your display name on it.
Here's how the process works.
What you'll do
- Create the user account in your tenant. Add a new licensed user with the email address and display name you want shown when the account sends mail. Use the guide that matches your environment:
- Share the login with us. Send the credentials to support@sprchrgr.com. We'll handle the rest of the setup from there.
- Watch for confirmation. Once setup is complete, you'll receive an email from the new address letting you know the account is live.
If you run into a security block
It's not common, but some domains have security settings that can interrupt parts of the setup. If that happens, support@sprchrgr.com will reach out and walk you through the remaining steps. Additionally, if you update the password of the account, you'll need to inform us so we can also update our login credentials.
