To connect a BQE CORE account that is not currently showing as an active connection in your sprchrgr.app account, follow these steps.
- Before following any of the steps that take place in the sprchrgr.app platform, be sure to log in to the BQE CORE account you want to connect. When authorizing third-party platforms like sprchrgr.app, BQE CORE will do so using the currently logged in user and account. This means you want to be logged in to a user account with high-level permissions that should never become inactive. Best practice is to be logged in as the administrator.
- First log into your sprchrgr.app account and click on the 'Connections' navigation link and then the 'Add Connection' button. An option should appear to add a connection for BQE CORE. Click the 'Connect' button to begin the process.
- Click the 'Connect' button to begin the process of authorizing the sprchrgr.app platform to connect to your BQE CORE account.
- Your browser will be redirected to either a log-in screen for BQE CORE if Step 1 of this guide was not followed (best practice is to log in as the administrator) or bypass that to a screen to grant permissions if already logged in.
- Once permission is granted you will be redirected to the sprchrgr.app platform confirming a successful connection.
