Use 'Sync Now' to start a sync. A progress wheel will let you know the sync is working.
A sync log is maintained on this tab for future reference.
Once the sync is complete, a new log entry is recorded with an ID, the date and time when the sync started, along with the date and time when it finished. You'll know it's complete when the yellow 'Sync Completed' indicator returns to the top right portion of the screen.
- Click the 'ID' number to review the data that synced:
- Click the 'Exceptions' number (if any) to review the reasons why some data didn't sync. See a separate chapter to help troubleshoot sync errors.
