Action: Navigate to the offending bill in BILL.com (this is noted in the 'Record' column of the 'Exception report') and choose the correct phase (instead of the Master project) from the 'Customer' dropdown list. Navigate to the 'Sync Jobs' tab in the SPRCHRGR Sync Tool and rerun the sync.
