BQE Core settings for PDF attachment
The SPRCHRGR Sync Tool moves a copy of the PDF from BILL to BQE Core. This allows you to share the PDF with your client and their invoice, if you have the proper settings updated in BQE Core.
To attach PDFs of bills to invoices:
1. Global Setting: BQE Core>Settings>General> Link Expense Entry attachments to invoices. 'Save'
2. Project/Phase setting -
3. If you want to attach PDFs of the bills to all new Projects/Phases, be sure to update the 'Project/Phase TEMPLATE'.
NOTE: You will not see the PDF when previewing customer invoices, but the PDF will be attached when you email the invoice to your customer.
