Bill.com settings
This is not a comprehensive list of all recommended settings for Bill.com. If you are new to setting up Bill.com, we recommend working with your Bill.com integration specialist. Below is a brief list of specific settings we have found helpful for the Sync tool.
General BILL Settings

Bank Account Settings
Separate or combine debits and credits
You can choose whether you'd like to see your daily summary of transactions from your bank account in a combined view or individually.
Note: To improve payment timing, Bill.com is now processing payments more often. Because of this, you may see multiple transactions in your bank account per day, even if you select consolidated transactions. Payments made in the same batch or session will still follow the settings below.
- Select 'Settings' in your Bill.com account.
- Select 'Bank Accounts' under Bank & Payment Accounts
- Select the 'edit icon'.
- Select your bank statement preference for payables and receivables.
- Select 'Save'.
The change will take effect the next business day.
Note: By separating debits/credits to your bank, you would no longer use a Bill.com Money Out Clearing Account.
We recommend Consolidating transactions for each day and using a Bill.com Money Out Clearing Account for a quick and easier bank reconciliation in BQE CORE.
Set up the following in the sprchrgr.app to coincide with consolidated transactions:
